Can I retrofit accessories to an existing unit?
Yes, Polar Air accessories can often be retrofitted to an installed fan coil unit, since the whole project scope is not always known at the time of ordering. To ensure compatibility, we will need the unit’s serial number so our team can match the correct components.
What should I know about condensate pumps?
Polar Air's condensate pumps have a nominal rated lift of 1200 mm (47″), suitable for most ducted fan coil applications. They offer pumps from Sauermann and other standard suppliers. On selected models, pumps include a built-in float switch for added safety and control.
What control options are offered as accessories?
Polar Air provide a range of controllers to give you flexibility in how you operate your fan coils: - IRHS-V1 Infrared Handset - WWP-V3 Wired Wallpad (which can also be integrated into the PFWSL Slim Ceiling Concealed cased unit for enhanced controllability)
